Details: Delivered to the Royal Navy in May 1957 and served with 705, 737, 829 and 705 Squadrons.

In June 1973 landed near Falmouth after mid-flight incident and air-lifted to RNAS Culdrose by Sea King XV660.

Acquired by the Helicopter Musuem from Wroughton in 1976. Used as parts and unlikely to be restored as the Museum has restored Whirlwind HAS Mk.7 Reg XK940 which is on display in the Main Collection.
